Ah, yes. Its fun to remember the good old days – taking all the orders by hand, packing up the lobsters myself (with just a few flesh-wounds to show for it), basically I was a one-man show.

Hi! I’m Dan “The Lobster Man” Zawacki, owner, founder and Senior Lobster Consultant at Lobster Gram.
